CORETX has relationships with the major device and software vendors. We support customers to select the right assets, at the same time as providing optimised commercial terms across purchasing and leasing, generated through our large scale.
CORETX has a large, dedicated, purpose built, UK warehouse and staging facility.
This handles all aspects of provisioning, including receiving new devices, and the logistics around collection and delivery of devices to multiple customer sites.
Its technical capabilities include bulk device configuration, staging and testing; image creation and loading from a secure image library; and application deployment. Redeployment and retirement processes are also handled within the facility.
The size of the facility enables us to build thousands of devices per week, as well as securely hold a stock of devices ready for immediate deployment, thereby reducing delivery times.
Using powerful discovery and management software tools, we automatically track devices built and registered by CORETX, allowing us to monitor their performance, security and use of software licences. This enables us to remotely manage and support them more effectively, when necessary.
CORETX Lifecycle Services incorporate multiple industry-leading security solutions and capabilities, from anti-virus protection and malware prevention, authentication and password policy enforcement, data encryption, remote locking and ‘device kill’, through to backup and restore, business continuity
planning and disaster recovery capabilities.
CORETX Lifecycle Services rely upon our comprehensive suite of mature, ISO accredited support capabilities, all of which you’ll access through a single point of contact. Our service desk operates up to 24x7x365, providing and orchestrating remote and onsite support, hardware maintenance, repairs and parts, as well as resolving OS and software application issues.
When a staff member leaves or changes role, their devices need to be returned and readied for redeployment. CORETX Lifecycle encompasses all the logistical and technical capabilities this requires, from collection, repair, data wiping, software licence reuse and secure storage, to deploying software images and delivery to a new user.
At the end of their life, devices need to be securely disposed of. CORETX Lifecycle ensures software on devices is uninstalled, with licences recycled
when appropriate, and stored data is wiped to industry standards. The devices can then be sold, with money returned to the service, or destroyed securely and in compliance with relevant waste regulations.
